  • would you rather hear a guy say “Oh my god she’s so skinny” or “Oh my god she’s so FIT!” ? :D 
  • We WILL dance naked in front of the mirror and be proud!
  • Fitness is for life, not just for christmas 
  • We want to complete workouts that make boys cry 
  • Exercise is cheaper than therapy AND shopping 
  • We’re endorphin junkies! 
  • Fitness and healthy living has no negative impacts, only benefits
  • TONED can only be achieved by HEALTHY
